Herd
Tactics
A team-building event with a bit of a bite.
Teams compete to score the most points by herding the flock through obstacles, alongside the shepherdess and her working dogs, Scott the Border Collie and Gebo the Kelpie. A demonstration with the dog kicks off the activity, after which the teams are left to their own devices: they must organise and coordinate themselves around the sheep. Between exercises, there’s a group debrief on team dynamics, with tips from the shepherdess. The further the team progresses, the more challenging the exercises become. The tone can be light-hearted or more work-focused, depending on your preferences.

Wool
Storming
The PartnerSheep coaching programme.
A programme tailored to your team’s needs. An initial consultation with Nathalie sets the objectives, and all the content of the activity is based on these. Between each exercise with the sheep, a debriefing session helps to foster collaboration and reflection on the group dynamics. After the activity, the team receives a report containing all the observations. A meal can be arranged around the cauldron.

Meadow Masters
A team challenge centred on the theme of Swiss pastoralism.
Designed for larger groups. Teams progress through a game based on the theme of pastoralism: puzzles, practical challenges (spinning wool, knitting, singing) and the contents of three boxes to unlock. Each stage is completed by a sheep-herding exercise. Points can be earned along the route, with other surprises in store.

Grande
Transhumance
A pastoral festival for large groups.
A half-day or a full day, centred around four workshops chosen from a selection of eight, always featuring an activity with the sheep. Whether more physical, more artistic or more reflective: it’s up to the group to choose the ones that inspire them and set the pace of the activity. These include: wool spinning, a life-size game of tag, a hay bale race, and the ‘Blues des Alpages’, a song with choreography.

Biodiversity

Dry grasslands
Nutrient-poor habitats, maintained without fertiliser and mown late in the season. These conditions allow a wide variety of wildflowers and insects to thrive there. These habitats have become rare and are protected at national level on several of our plots.
Hedgerows
Much more than just plot boundaries, they are ecological corridors: they provide shelter for birds, small mammals and insects, and link the estate’s habitats together.
A living biotope
We work together
every day
PartnerSheep is not an isolated service provider.
On the estate, producers and practitioners work together on a daily basis, and this directly benefits your activities.
